AlisQI Reinvents QMS Pricing:
From Standard Tiers to Flexible Solvers

Manufacturers now pay only for what they truly use – a pricing model that mirrors how quality works in the real world.

Amstelveen, October 2025 - AlisQI, the no-code Quality Management System trusted by manufacturers worldwide, is redefining QMS pricing with a radical new approach. Instead of traditional subscriptions or feature tiers, the company now offers a model centered around solving real-world quality challenges — through what it calls ‘solvers’.

“In 2025, we’re not just selling software. We’re selling outcomes,” says Otto de Graaf, CEO of AlisQI. “We’ve moved beyond generic packages. Our pricing now reflects how quality challenges actually occur — unique to each organization, and often interconnected.”

What is a Solver?
A solver is more than a software feature. It’s a ready-to-deploy, purpose-built solution designed to address a specific, often critical, quality challenge. Each solver combines standard AlisQI functionality with best practices and preconfigured templates, enabling teams to move quickly from problem to solution — without reinventing the wheel.

Examples include:

  • Incoming Goods Inspection Solver – gain control over raw material quality.
  • Deviation Management Solver – eliminate paper-based deviation tracking with digital workflows.

Solvers are grouped into five modules: Quality Control, Documentation, Continuous Improvement, Supplier Quality, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS). Because quality issues rarely fit neatly into one area, solvers can be freely combined to create tailored solutions.

A Transparent and Flexible Model
AlisQI’s solver-based pricing works like an à-la-carte menu: customers choose only the solvers that directly address their challenges — regardless of module.

  • Pay only for what you use.
  • Expand at your own pace.
  • Swap or add solvers without additional license fees.

“Traditional pricing models create artificial barriers between manufacturers and the tools they need,” De Graaf continues. “They’re confusing, opaque, and often misaligned with customer maturity. We wanted to fix that - to make pricing both flexible and transparent.”

Julot Pemen, R&D Manager at United Works, was part of the AlisQI implementation:

“I like AlisQI’s solver approach. It gave us clear insight into the platform’s capabilities. During implementation, we found that a solver we hadn’t selected turned out to be even more valuable - and we could simply swap it without any extra cost.”

Benefits of the Solver Approach

  • Clarity over complexity: customers know exactly which problems they’re solving — and what they’re paying for
  • Scalable with maturity: start small and grow as your processes evolve.
  • Outcome-driven design: every solver delivers measurable impact.
  • Fast implementation: with SolverLaunch™, your QMS is up and running in weeks - no consultants, no IT overload.

A Quality Movement, Not Just a Pricing Model
This pricing shift represents more than a financial change - it marks AlisQI’s evolution into a company of solvers, for solvers. Every team, from product to customer success, is aligned around one principle: solve first, sell second.

“We have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to do for QMS what Salesforce did for CRM,” says De Graaf. “And it all starts with radical customer centricity.”
