What is a solver? A solver is a focused piece of AlisQI software that addresses one specific quality problem, such as incoming goods inspection, deviation management, or CAPA. You can combine multiple solvers as your quality needs grow

How does per factory pricing work?

Solvers are priced per factory site. You select the solvers you need, and each solver is priced per site, per month or per year. Unlimited users are included, so your price does not change when your team grows.

What counts as a factory?

A factory is one physical production site. Pricing is shown per site. If you aquire solvers for multiple sites, a discount applies.

Can I start with 1 solver? Yes. However, some solvers need a supporting solver to work properly. If you select a solver that depends on another, we’ll automatically include the required solver in your pricing, so you don’t have to figure this out yourself.

Can I add solvers later?

Yes. You can add solvers at any time. You can also mix and match solvers across modules. You are never required to buy a full module.

Is implementation included?

Implementation is not included in the subscription price. Onboarding is required. Pricing depends on the scope of your project

Are there limits on users or data?

No. Unlimited users are included, and there are no per user fees. If your plan includes data limits or fair use thresholds for storage or API usage, we will state that clearly in your quote.

Can I cancel monthly?

No. All subscriptions are invoiced and renewed annually. Monthly pricing is shown for comparison only.
