Welcome: Elena Cocco joins AlisQI

elenaAs part of our overall commitment to growth in both Europe and the USA, we are expanding our workforce in both our Sales and Customer Succes teams.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the arrival of Elena Cocco. She joins our team at AlisQI as VP Customer Success.

With over 10 years of experience in Customer Success and SaaS, Elena brings not only a wealth of expertise in driving customer outcomes, but also a true passion for leading diverse, high-impact teams.
Known for her energy, empathy and laser-focus on customer success, she shares our commitment to putting customers first.
Prior to joining AlisQI, Elena held leadership positions at SafetyCulture, where she led international teams to achieve record customer retention and advocacy.

Elena’s new function brings a good balance to our AlisQI management team (M/V) and shows our commitment to our Quality Management platform for manufacturing. This is a productized solution to a common business process. Consisting of a combination of features, templates and configuration to solve Quality Management challenges.
Our solution can be bought a la carte and grow into a full suite solution for our customers, this way they can manage change carefully.
Elena’s team helps with the easy implementation and ensures our customers are supported all the way in their journey.
On top of onboarding, education, best practices and customer satisfaction the team’s main goal is to nurture a great partnership that underpins our clients’ achievements.
