AlisQI Customer Day: Change Management in the Era of Technology

On Tuesday, March 25th, we hosted another successful Customer Day bringing together the AlisQI community to explore Change Management in today's technological landscape. The event buzzed with energy, with engaging presentations and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow quality professionals. Couldn't make it? Here's what you missed!

The historic Centraal Ketelhuis in Amersfoort provided the perfect backdrop as manufacturing leaders from various industries gathered over lunch, networking and sharing experiences. As the presentations started, our customers took center stage, talking about their success stories that inspired thoughtful conversations and challenging questions. Participants also got hands-on during an interactive workshop about the use of AI in quality management and received an exclusive sneak peek at what's coming next on our product roadmap.

The day wrapped up with celebratory toasts - a fitting end to a day filled with great conversations, collaboration and fresh perspectives on achieving operational excellence.

Change - an uncomfortable constant

The Customer Day presentations started with the timeless quote 'Change is the only constant'. And while we know that many of us are resistant to change, speakers emphasized that being involved and understanding benefits can make all the difference.

AlisQI kicked off with a though-provoking keynote by CEO, Otto de Graaf and CPO, Gerben de Haan. Otto's presentation focused on change in technology and encouraged attendees to voice their opinions in an interactive workshop about AI in quality management. Gerben followed by demonstrating some practical AI applications within the AlisQI platform. Extracting information from pdf documents, analyzing data, generating charts and scheduling recurring events were just a few of the use cases a smart Quality assistant could help with.

Next, we welcomed Patrik Bierens, IT Change Manager at GNT International who introduced GNT International and highlighted the People side of Change. His session also explained the most important roles within Change Management and showed examples of how to track change impact.

Then, we had the pleasure of hosting Iris Pierik, QA Manager at Cosun Beet Company who talked about 'The Road to QA Ownership'. Iris's inspiring session insisted on the fact that QA Managers need to intensify communication with management and provide more quality updates in order to make changes happen.

The presentation part concluded with a quick recap of the main AlisQI features delivered last year and a sneak peek at what's coming next.
